We take pride in providing high-quality skincare products formulated with natural ingredients. All sales of skincare products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any skincare items to ensure products are sold in optimal condition from the warehouse.
Damaged or Faulty Products:
If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping or if there is a fault with the product you must report the issue to us within 48 hours of receipt.
To report a damaged or faulty product, please contact our customer service team at LANEVASkincare@outlook.com. You will be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage or fault. Please ensure the photographs clearly show the issue with the product.
